Since alcohol is being served we can only accommodate guests 21 or over.

Hors d'oeuvres and Dinner will be provided by "Biscuits and Pickles" out of McMinnville.

There will be two Dinner Menu options:  A Four Course Menu as follows or a Four Course Vegan Menu

1st course: Roasted Porchetta with parsnip puree, blackberry conserva, asparagus tips
2nd course:  Honeyed delicata salad with pickled red onions, fresh chevre, prosciutto, toasted hazelnut crumb, microgreens, aged balsamic vinaigrette
3rd course: Pesto grilled Eola Farms beef tenderloin with root vegetable latkes, caramelized shallot demi-glace, melted gorgonzola dulce
Dessert: Dark chocolate pot au creme with raspberry gelee, currant jam
